Mit Beginn des Frühlings und der damit verbundenen Schneeschmelze steigt der Wasserstand in Südtirols Flüssen und die äußeren Bedingungen eignen sich bestens für den Beginn einer neuen Raftingsaison. Ob auf der Ahr von Sand in Taufers, auf dem Eisack von Franzensfeste, auf der Passer von St. Martin im Passeiertal, auf der Etsch von Latsch oder in Cavalese - beim Rafting in Südtirol gibt es zahlreiche Routen, die ab sofort wieder Anfängern und Fortgeschrittenen zur Verfügung stehen und auch beim Canyoning kann es wieder losgehen. Zu diesem Anlass laden wir zum ProAlps Water Day ein und freuen uns schon jetzt auf ein tolles Erlebnis und einen ereignisreichen Tag!

These days are fully characterized by the events in Sulden / Solda and at the Karerpass / Carezza. Already last weekend the Freeridehero event started with a welcome party on Friday and the qualifying race on Saturday in Sulden. On Sunday the big final took place. The coming Sunday also the Speedking event will start, this time with the airboard professional Ursin Tanner from Switzerland, Ferdinand Weissensteiner, also on the airboard, the Böckl-Team Olang, Roland Fischnaller on the snowboard, sledder Patrick Pigneter, professional skier Peter Fill and of course Raimund "Heitschi" Weissensteiner on the mountainbike. Like in Sulden, ProAlps will be there as well with an own information desk and offer airboards for testing. We are looking forward to many visitors and an exciting day!

The skiing season in South Tyrol has started. In Brixen / Bressanone the International Mountain Summit, in short IMS, takes place from the 30th of October until the seventh of November 2010. At this major mountain festival the topic mountain will be in focus and regarded in all its aspects. Film, events and much more are waiting for the visitors. From climbing over slackline until mountain hiking and the boulder festival also mountain sports play an important role in the program.
